Minecraft 1.5 Update
The Minecraft Redstone Update (1.5) has been released.
All Vanilla gameservers are automatically updated to 1.5. If you do not wish that you can disable the auto-update feature in the webinterface menu "Console and settings".
We'll provide the Bukkit update as soon there is at least a beta version available. We won't offer updates to development builds, since they often are very unstable and also can cause damage to your map. Of course you can update to a development build at your own risk at any time by yourself.
Primal Carnage Gameserver
Servers for "Primal Carnage" are now available for every gameserver product and can be installed in the webinterface.

Shootmania Gameserver
"Shootmania" is now available in the gameswitch mode and can be installed in the webinterface.

Nitrado price cut and limited CS:GO introductory offer
Because of the release of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Nitrado is cutting the prices for all non Minecraft servers.
The new gameserver "Publicserver Basic" will provide all games except Minecraft, Terraria and Ace Of Spades.
The password protected "Clanserver" has been replaced by the new product "Publicserver Basic" which has more features and a massive lower price.
For all customers: The Clanservers were upgraded to the "Publicserver Basic" for free.
For Minecraft, Terraria and Ace Of Spades nothing has been changed.
As introductory offer of the "Publicserver Basic" and because of the release of the brand new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Nitrado provides a "12 Slot Publicserver Basic" with a duration of 30 days for only 4 Euro. This offer is limited to 1000 servers.
The ordered server will be online instantly.
Important note: The "Publicserver Basic" does not support Minecraft, Terraria or Ace Of Spades!
Minecraft 1.3
Today on August, 1st 2012 the minecraft update version 1.3 was released. The "Vanilla" Server are already updated. For Bukkit there is no new recommended version available at the moment. We will add the Bukkit update to the webinterface, as soon as a new recommended version is released.
New features of Minecraft 1.3:
- The game now runs an internal server in single-player mode
- The single-player server can be shared on LAN, with LAN server detection
- Made it possible to use client-side commands by enabling cheats (this is defaulted as disabled for old worlds)
- Added an optional “bonus chest” to get started quicker
- It’s now possible to trade with villagers. Added emeralds as a currency
- You gain enchantment orbs from other tasks than just destroying monsters. Max enchantment level has been decreased to 30
- Servers can automatically suggest and distribute texture packs
- Added new world map elements (does not need a new map, but they’ll only appear in new areas)
- Added cocoa beans
- Added an Ender chest
- Added tripwire
- Wooden logs can be placed sideways
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive gameservers available
We now offer gameservers for the brand new shooter "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" (CS:GO). You can install CS:GO in the gameswitching.
Until the game is fully released you can play with the beta version.
ProMod for CoD MW3 available
ProMod for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 gameserers can now be installed in the webinterface menu "Additional Packages".
Ace of Spades available
Ace of Spades is now available for all Minecraft compatible gameservers. The game is a mix of Minecraft and Team Fortress. It is totally free and can be downloaded at ace-spades.com.
Bukkit for Minecraft 1.1 released
The Bukkit developer team has released a recommended Build for Minecraft 1.1. The build version #1818 can be installed in the webinterface menu "Bukkit Update".
Minecraft 1.1 released
Minecraft 1.1 has been released a few minutes ago. All "vanilla" server are up to date.

You can now configure a subdomain IP redirection for every gameserver for free! Currently you can chose between the domains nitrado.net and minecraft.gs.

Minecraft 1.3
Mojang relased Minecraft 1.3 today. We've updated all vanilla servers. Bukkit can be updated via the webinterface in the menu "Minecraft Special". hMod sadly hasn't released an update yet. The developer said it won't be released before 2011-02-28.
Source Update vom 18.12.2010
The today's source update made the current stable version of Metamod Source (1.8.4) incompatible.
We've updated Metamod Source to the current developer version 1.8.5 hg750. We've also automatically updated all Metamod installations.

Left 4 Dead update installed
After long waiting for the steam servers the update has finally been installed on every gameserver.
Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 - The Sacrifice update
Today VALVe released "The Sacrifice" update for Left 4 Dead 1 and 2.
The steam update servers are currently overloaded and it could take a long time when you start the update via the webinterface.
We ask you to wait until we have deployed the update on your server. We are trying to do this in the next few hours (it depends on how fast we get the updated files from the steam servers).
Important CS:Source Update next week
VALVe is planning to release CS:Source for Mac next week (21st - 25th June). This will maybe also cause the current beta version of CS:Source to be released, too.
The new Counter-Strike:Source was ported to the Orangebox Soruce Engine. Because of this the directory of the gameservers change from srcds_l/cstrike to srcds_l/orangebox/cstrike.
Many Plugins will become incompatible and have to updated. We will update our webinterface (plugins and additional packages like maps) as soon as possible after the release.
CGL Clanmeets Webinterface
The "Community Gameserver Loader Webinterface" (CGL) is now available for all customers. It can be enabled via the nitrado.net website. The CGL website cgl.clanmeets.de is available in English, too. There are also tutorials on youtube (german only).
Teamspeak 3 Update
The Teamspeak 3 servers have been updated to beta23. The latest client update is needed to connect to the server.
The Hidden: Source
Due to a customer's request it's now possible to install The Hidden: Source, a Half-Life 2 modification, via the webinterface. The gameserver can be started with this mod in the menu "Start Half-Life 2" after the installation. You can find more information at hidden-source.com.
Payment method banktransfer
Beside the existing instant payment methods it's now possible to charge your account via a normal banktransfer. Your accounts gets charged when we've receieved the payment. This should normally be the case within 2-3 working days, depending on the bank.
Call of Duty 2 Mods
Due to a customer request it's now possible to install and start the eXtreme+ 2.6 Mod via the webinterface. The download is available at mycallofduty.com.
