Your tasks

  • You communicate professionally with our customers via email, chat and phone.
  • You take over the routine, competent support of our customers.
  • You work closely with 2nd level support on technically complex requests.
  • You address critical requests from customers within the organisation independently.
  • You assist in optimizing processes and on the system.
  • You create and maintain knowledge articles in the Nitrado Wiki.

Your profile

  • You already have good knowledge in the configuration of game servers.
  • You work responsibly and independently.
  • You have experience in customer support.
  • You have very good oral and written German language skills.
  • You have basic knowledge of English.
