Your tasks

  • You provide technical support for our B2B customers.
  • You address all product-related queries on time and guide our customers to use our products effectively.
  • You establish best practices and report product performance.
  • You cooperate with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.
  • You support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • You analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
  • You provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
  • You assist developers with both troubleshooting product functionality and where possible, make minor system adjustments for them.

Your profile

  • You have a solid technical background with hands-on experience in server administration/operations.
  • You are familiar with planning and tracking infrastructure maintenance activities.
  • You are characterized by a customer-oriented work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You maintain a formal customer facing communication style.
  • Your great time- and project-management skills sets you apart.
  • You are a real team player and have experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Your experience with writing and maintaining code would be a plus.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
