    Preparation: Admin Permissions

    Before you can enforce these rules, you must ensure you have the necessary administrative privileges. Only server operators or admins can execute moderation commands. Ensure you are logged in as an admin before attempting the methods below.

    Method 1: Using In-Game Commands

    The most direct way to manage your server is while you are playing. Using the in-game chat window, you can instantly remove players who are violating your server rules.

    To use these features, open your chat window and enter the following commands. Replace <playername> with the user’s actual in-game name and [reason] with a brief explanation (optional, but recommended for record-keeping).

    Command Description
    /kick <playername> [reason] Removes the player from the server immediately, but allows them to rejoin.
    /ban <playername> [reason] Permanently blocks the player from connecting to your server.
    /unban <playername> Restores access, allowing the previously banned player to rejoin.

    Method 2: Using the Nitrado Web Interface

    If you are not currently in-game, or if you prefer to manage the server externally, you can use the Live Server Console provided in your web interface. This is particularly useful for managing bans without needing to launch the game.

    2. On the left-hand side, go to Tools > Live Server Console.
