    POTION – TIPS AND TRICKS

    UNDEAD MOBS – OPPOSITE EFFECTS

Many potions can be turned into splash potions and used against mobs in battle. Fighting undead mobs brings a slight reversal effect to potions. Unlike normal mobs, healing potions will cause undead mobs to take damage while harming potions will heal them. Additionally, poison and regeneration potions do not affect undead mobs.

    NON-BREWABLE POTIONS IN MINECRAFT

Minecraft features two potions that currently cannot be brewed. The potions that you cannot make include the Potion of Luck from Java Edition and the Potion of Decay from Bedrock Edition. While you can’t create these potions, when using commands or creative mode in Minecraft, you can obtain and use them to your advantage!

When running your own Minecraft server, you can add these unique potions through custom kits or item prizes. Adding these potions can be achieved by installing plugins or mods on your server. No matter what method you create for players to get these potions, they’ll add a lot of fun to the already amazing adventure on your server!

    HISTORY OF POTIONS IN MINECRAFT

Minecraft potions has been an essential item in Minecraft since the start of version 1.0.0 released in November 2011. Before the use of the brewing stand to create mighty potions, the cauldron had been the initial block used to make potions. Due to the cauldron potion system being rather complicated, with the lack of GUI and issues with duplicate potions, Notch and Jeb at Mojang came up with a new brewing method. Through their hard work, this new system used the brewing stand, creating the current method of making potions in Minecraft!

    ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH POTIONS

In a game that already has endless creativity, adding potions to the mix brings a new level of fun and engagement. The enjoyment of potions comes in many forms, whether players are taking potions into battle to give themselves positive effects and the opponents’ negative effects, or they’re simply looking to improve their speed to travel great distances.
