Using the Nitrado web interface, you can quickly press a reinstallation button to reinstall the game server automatically. Alternatively, you can also wipe a server manually, saving any important server files before you perform the wipe. • Jump on your Nitrado server panel.
• On the left side at the bottom of your server panel, press “REINSTALL”.

• You will need to confirm the game reinstallation. It’s important to know that you will lose all progress on your server as your server files will be fully reset. If you’re sure you’d like to wipe your server files, press “REINSTALL” once more to continue with the server wipe.

• Your server will now perform a wipe and reinstall the game server files. The process of wiping your Nitrado server can take up to 15 minutes and sometimes longer. During this time, the server should not be restarted or stopped, otherwise, this will affect the server reset.
