Sometimes, when you make a very large number of changes to your server configuration, it can become overloaded and not function correctly. If the problem started after making a large number of changes to the configuration, **revert the settings to their original state** and gradually add each configuration. This way, the server won’t be overloaded, and you can have a better gaming experience.

1. Place your mouse over your username at the top right of the Nitrado main page. You will find a section that says “My Services”.
   

   

2. Here, you’ll see all the servers rented on your account. Locate the one experiencing issues and click on the yellow button that says “Web Interface.”
   

   

3. On the left side, you’ll find a section called “INFORMATION,” and there you will see the “Log Files” function.
