    My Stack Size Multiplier Wont Change and I Lost Items

    Here you will learn what to do if your stack size multiplier won’t change and you have lost items.

    Where to Start?

    • Navigate to the Web interface of your server: How to Access your Web Interface
    • Stop your server.
    • On the left-hand side menu, go to Settings > General
    • Scroll to the stack size multiplier (Stack Size Multiplier) and change it to the desired amount.

    • Save Changes.
    • Restart your server.

    Editing Your Server in Expert Mode

    If editing your server manually, you will need to look for the following:

    • Parameter: ItemStackSizeMultiplier=1.0
    • Under: [ServerSettings]
    • Inside: GameUserSettings.ini

    I Lost My Items with a Recent Update or Change

    We suggest using a map save backup from the time when you last had the items. Please do the following:

    • Log into your Web Interface.
    • Click “Tools” on the left-side panel.
    • Click “Restore Backup” and your backup page will load.
    • Pick the backup that you wish to restore.

      Map Save Backups
    • Click the “Restore” button to restore your server to the selected save.

    Your server will restart and the backup will be applied. The server will load your data automatically.
