FS22 DLC – PUMPS N’ HOSES PACK ARRIVES AT NITRADO

The smell of fresh-cut fields of grass and manure is in the air and that can mean only one thing! Farming Simulator 22 has released another exciting DLC, the Pumps N’ Hoses Pack.

This new FS22 DLC contains over 30 new pieces of equipment for pumps and hoses from the Dutch manufacturer Shouten, German steel storage specialist Stallkamp, and biogas technology manufacturers BvL and 2G. Three new gameplay features have also been added: umbilical systems, manure separation, and biogas plant configuration.

The Schouten FTH 230 is an umbilical hose reel designed to draw back in your hoses after use easily. Using the Shouten SPC 1230, you’ll have maximum control while on your tractor to drag and use the hose injector.

BVL V-BIO COMBI-1S AND LIZARD GAS TORCH

Having a BVL V-Bio Combi-1s on your FS22 server adds the ability to create biogas plants to help make fertilizer. Adding a Lizard Gas Torch to equipment such as the V-Bio helps to burn any excess methane generated from it.

SCHOUTEN AC115 AND SCHOUTEN PU 100

A Shouten AC115 is a compressor that helps to blow materials, mainly manure, through hoses attached to your tractor. When used with a Shouten PU 100 manure pump, you can quickly pump vast amounts of manure on your fields for fertilization.

A Lizard Drive On Bunker is used to feed materials into a fermenter of a biogas plant. The Concrete Pig next to it is a decorative object that adds flare to the many different equipment and vehicles you’ll use in Farming Simulator 22.

SCHOUTEN H 240 AND SCHOUTEN SP8040

Usable in conjunction with each other, the Shouten H 240 is an umbilical hose reel that can be attached to your tractor. When used in tangent with the Schouten SP8040, a manure injector, you’ll have added flexibility to spread manure on your farm.

STALLKAMP FERMENTER AND 2G AVUS 500 PLUS

Stallkamp Fermenters add the ability to ferment various materials into methane and digestate. You can use a fermenter with the 2G Avus 500 Plus, which generates electric power and heat from methane put out by a fermenter.

STALLKAMP MANURE PIT AND STALLKAMP SEPARATOR BOX

Featuring three different sizes up to 3.6 million Liters, the Stallkamp Manure Pit helps to store manure. Using a Separator Box alongside a manure pit, the box will separate the solid fraction of liquid manure so that it can be sold or used.

A manure pit bigger than any other with 3.6 million Liters of space, the Stallkamp Manure Pit will help to store and digestate manure. The Stallkamp Separator Tower then offers the ability to separate solid fractions of liquid manure. This pumps it to the Manure Pit and drops the separation that can be sold or used as bedding or fertilizer.

A Shouten BS900 is a manure injector usable with the Shouten HS 5100. The Shouten HS 5100 offers a variety of tools that, when used with the umbilical system, offer a range of new benefits to help manage and fertilize your farms on your game and FS22 server.

Shouten Hose Pallets help to store hoses you’ve purchased and can be used to load hoses onto hose reels. Hoses can be used in many of the new types of equipment, including the Shouten PU300 Manure Pump for fertilizing your fields and farm.

BVL V-BIO 30 AND 2G AGENITOR 408

Pumps N Hoses - BVL V-Bio 30 & 2G Agenitor 408 Farming Simulator
A smaller fermenter, the V-Bio 30 offers a way to feed various materials into it for biogas plants. Together with the 2G Agenitor 408, these pieces of equipment offer a powerful way to generate electric power and heat from methane generated by the fermenter.

A new way to protect your fields during fertilization, umbilical systems are systems of draggable hoses and hose injectors of varying lengths. Attachable to your tractor, these hoses are lightweight and help to fertilize greater distances across your fields without damaging them. By adding water tanks and compressors to these systems, you can improve pumping conditions further.

MANURE SEPARATION

Manure is used in Farming Simulator and in real-life farm applications to fertilize fields. Generally, manure is made up of both liquid and solid components. Thanks to the new benefits of the added equipment in the Pumps N’ Hoses pack, you can now separate the liquid and solid components. This is useful for creating animal bedding, selling the excess for profit, and ensuring you have the best fertilizer for your fields!

BIOGAS PLANT CONFIGURATION

A Biogas Plant is an oxygen-free facility where, through anaerobic digestion, the plant can break down materials to create manure. This process creates methane, which often requires equipment such as a torch to burn off the excess. HOW TO ADD PUMPS N’ HOSES TO YOUR SERVER

With the Pumps N’ Hoses Pack released, you can now add that to your Farming Simulator 22 server! Once you own the Pumps N’ Hoses Pack, you’re ready to install that pack on your Farming Simulator 22 server for you and your friends to enjoy.

  1. Head to your Farming Simulator 22 server panel.
  2. Select “Admin-Web inferface” to access your FS22 server settings.

  3. Scroll down the page to the “Active Mods” section. Select “Pumps N’ Hoses Pack”, and then click “Activate”.

  4. Go back to your server webinterface and restart your server to load that pack!
