New Esports Venue in Downtown Las Vegas

Las Vegas aiming to become North America’s esports hub

Las Vegas will soon be home to Millennial Esports, the new esports arena to be taking over a former movie theater in the Neonopolis center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is located right downtown across from the Downtown Grand, which also hosts its own esports lounge.  However, a selling point for Millennial Esports, is the broadcasting center it will also be hosting. The facility will have “streaming stations” for anyone looking to broadcast directly to Millennial’s own esports livestrem channel, or to their own personal channel.

Millennial Esports CEO Alex Igelman said, “We’re looking to build a caster experience where someone can come in off the street and be able to cast a game that’s going on in our facility or online and learn how to do some casting”.

In-house tournaments will also be held at the facility with large prize pools, drawing in spectators from all over the world. The first tournament is for the Halo Championship Series Open Circuit from November 18th until Novemeber 20th. As of now, Millennial Esports has no intention to offer betting on the events. However, conferences will be held in October to discuss the matter of betting on esports.
