FAQ

Is it better to use the File Browser or an FTP Program?

For your convenience, both options are available so that you can pick exactly what works best for you. The built-in File Browser created by our team at Nitrado offers blazing fast edits without using an external program while an FTP program offers a more personalized approach to accessing your files directly on your computer.

Changes are not being made properly.

Changes not occurring properly can often be an issue with either your login or the website session you’re currently using if your browser becomes very inactive. Re-logging in or refreshing your website page will resolve that if this ever happens!

Unable to login using an FTP Program.

This particular issue can occur when the login information you’re using for the FTP information is incorrect. You will often see errors including β€œ530 Login incorrect.” and β€œCritical error: Could not connect to server” when your login fails to work. Check your Nitrado FTP credentials again and ensure that everything is typed correctly in your FTP Program including the port. This will ensure you can then access your files through that FTP program!
