Customer Service / Technical Support Associate - B2C
Job Location: Reno, NV (USA) or Karlsruhe, Germany
Key areas of responsibility

Competent customer service via phone/skype/messenger and email. Flexible problem resolution of common customer issues. Complex problems can be escalated to 2nd level support in Germany.

Flexible customer support for game server hosting issues, e.g. for Minecraft, Battlefield 3/4, etc. Guiding and helping customers, as well as resolving issues regarding server connectivity/web interface issues/plugins etc. Optimization of processes to ensure the best possible customer experience.


Your qualifications that convince:
  • Work experience with configurations of gaming servers
  • Work experience in customer service/support
  • Excellent sense of customer service and reliability
  • Ambitious with excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and telephone skills

French Customer Service & Market Coordinator
Job Location: Remote from département Haut-Rhin (68), Bas-Rhin (67) or Moselle (57) and/or Karlsruhe, Germany
Key areas of responsibility

Competent customer service via skype/messenger/forum and email. Flexible problem resolution of common customer issues. Complex problems can be escalated to 2nd level support in Germany / US.

Flexible customer support for game server hosting issues, e.g. for Minecraft, ARK, Conan Exiles, etc. Guiding and helping customers, as well as resolving issues regarding server connectivity/web interface issues/plugins etc. Optimization of processes to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Additional French market responsibilities to help us on our different strategies and communication channels:

  • Devise initiatives, content and proactively seek opportunities to grow and expand the reach of Nitrado community activities, driving engagement and interaction rates positively week after week (through events, live Q/A, contests, offline events, etc.)
  • Influence strategy on the established social network channels and the official Nitrado website in relation with our French customers, plus any external communities
  • Represent the company externally (key partners, press, events...)
  • Localization
  • Plus, you might take the lead on projects such as social media and partnership management.

Your qualifications that convince:
  • 2+ years of experience in project management / online experience / customer care
  • Work experience with configurations of gaming servers
  • Native in French, excellent command of English – German is a plus
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently
  • Flexible, creative and a high degree of motivation and commitment
  • Proficient with multitasking and ability to learn new management software

You will be part of an International team responsible for implementing and growing our Brand, Products through different channels & business opportunities. This is a unique and incredibly exciting role with a center-stage opportunity to help shape and drive the future of the company in your country and build, leading the business in core areas of hosting services and more to come!

The holder of the position will be expected to effectively manage the relationships between the company and the general public, as well as engaged Nitrado’s community. They will have a hands-on role in planning and executing the brand’s community strategy, in particular reference to the needs of the country.

In addition to strong organization and time management skills, the role demands enthusiastic public relationship management, patient, professional, yet friendly communication abilities and will serve an essential function in ensuring Nitrado continues to be recognized by gamers as a leading provider and positive entertainment experience.


Your responsibilities that inspire:
  • Be the owner and champion to develop Nitrado’s services in your countrys
  • Leads and builds a Customer Service team
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to adapt to a constantly changing market.
