Minecraft – The new Overview Map – faster and more stable than ever!

Minecraft with Nitrado just got a little better! At your request, we have revised one of our features – the Overview Map for Minecraft. Important Info: So far, the revised feature is only available in Germany.

This represents a real alternative to the “dynmap”, and this does not have to be integrated as a plugin on the Minecraft server. Of course, the Nitrado feature “Overview Map” is free and already has some advantages over the Dynmap:
Your Minecraft server is relieved! The Overview Map does not use the same resources as your server – storage space, RAM and CPU are not affected by the Overview Map. Since the rendering of your server resources is no longer used, the feature is now much faster than before and now works even while the server is running.

How do I set up the overview map?

In the web interface, you will find the option for the “Overview Map” under “Tools”. With this tool, you can activate your map. You can also determine whether set signs in the world should also be displayed on the map. If you click on the “Render Overview Now” button, an overview of your world will be generated. Of course, it may take a moment to load up and show you the map. However, here is a look at what to expect:
