Since its launch,ARK: Survival Ascended has been filled with novel updates and improvements to its performance and gameplay. This latest update is no exception, adding in the popular ARK Additions Mods collection by Garuga123 into the game. This means that for the creatures Ceratosaurus and Xiphactinus, you will no longer need separate mods or premium mods installed to experience them. Below, we’ll explore these new dinos in more depth and what they’ll bring to your server!

Creatures

The main feature of this update is the integration of Garuga123’s ARK Additions Mods collection into the game. Within his mod collections, there are  nine different prehistoric creatures ranging from terrestrial to aquatic that may be implemented. The first to be integrated into the base game content will be the Ceratosaurus and the Xiphactinus. It won’t stop there though, as each of the creatures in Garuga123’s repertoire will gradually be integrated into your ARK adventures.

Ceratosaurus

This fierce carnivore joins the world of ARK as the fastest mount yet. In addition to its relentless ferocity, the Ceratosaurus has the ability to launch poisonous spines that cause intense bleeding. If you manage to tame this fierce beast, you will not only be able to master its attacks and ferocity, but you will also be able to heal itself and other nearby carnivores.

Xiphactinus

This inhabitant of the deep sea becomes part of the vast oceans of ARK: Survival Ascended. Stay alert while exploring the seas because from now on you can encounter the ferocious and hungry Xiphactinus that will indiscriminately attack anything that passes in front of it, causing bleeding and holding them with the strong grip of its bite! Always keep an eye open and avoid becoming their next meal!
