Automatic Extension of a Nitrado Server

Toggling Automatic Extension After Purchase

Once you have completed your gaming period on your server or in case you need to change this feature after you’ve purchased it, you can easily toggle this function with the following steps:

         
1.             Log in to your Nitrado account and open the My Services page. This is where you can view all of your active servers and subscriptions.
          
          

          
          

          

         

2.             Select the server that you want to apply the automatic renewal or extension to, then click on Service Settings.
          
          

          
          

          

         

3.             In the Service Settings menu, click on Manage Subscription to access your server’s renewal options.
          
          

          
          

          

         

4.             Here, you can toggle the Auto-Renewal option on or off, depending on your preference.
          
          

          
          

          

         

5.             If you turn on auto-renewal, choose your preferred Payment Type — you can pay using Nitrado credits, a card, or PayPal.
          
          

          
          

          

         

6.             Select your desired Auto Renewal Runtime. If you have a promo code, you can redeem it here. Once done, click Continue to proceed.
          
          

          
          

          

         

7.             A summary window will appear so you can double-check your details. If everything looks correct, click Save changes to apply the automatic renewal or extension.
          
          

          
          

          

       

Automatic Extension Xbox App

Since servers for Xbox games or Microsoft Store games cannot be requested on our site, you need to follow a different procedure through our Xbox app. We explain this in more detail in the following guide.
