• Crafting Materials: 10x Wooden Logs, 32x Large Stones, 60x Nails, 3x Short Sticks, 2x Ropes, 1x Metal Wire.
• Flag: 1x Non-craftable Flag (scavenged from towns, general stores, schools, or vehicle spawns).
• Tools: Shovel, Pickaxe, or Sledgehammer for digging. Hammer or Hatchet for assembly.

Step 1: Craft and Place the Kit

Combine 3x Short Sticks with 1x Rope to craft a DayZ flagpole kit. Find flat ground inside your base perimeter, deploy the flagpole kit blueprint from your hands, and attach 1x Wooden Log directly to the flag pole kit.

Step 2: Build the Foundation

A major part of understanding how to build a flagpole in DayZ requires securing the stone base. Load 6x Wooden Logs and 32x Large Stones into the inventory slots of the deployed flag pole kit.
