Proximity Voice Chat & Audio Overhaul

Proximity Voice Chat has officially arrived, allowing you to communicate with others via spatial, distance-attenuated voice in the game worlds. The farther you are from others, the more distant they will sound, creating a truly immersive multiplayer environment.

• Voice Chat is disabled by default, but you may enable it from the Audio Settings menu.
• You can seamlessly modify your audio preferences, including input device, input level, noise suppression, and input mode.
• Push to Talk (PTT) now features a Toggle input mode, and PTT is automatically blocked while you are typing in chat.
• The update introduces spatial blending for the Headphones (Stereo) setting, ensuring sound blends between both ears rather than being strictly left or right.
• Voice audio dynamically reacts to your environment; players submerged in water or standing in reverberant locations will sound noticeably different.

Massive Block Expansion & World Enhancements

A thriving server requires diverse building materials to match the imagination of its players. Hytale Update 4 introduces 500+ new blocks to drastically expand your architectural horizons.
