Nitrado gamescom 2024 Recap – Day 3

Woah – gamescom went by in a flash!
This was the last day, but one for the Nitrado history books.
 
We had a whole bunch of activities, meetups, contests, merch giveaways, and so much more. Day 3 of gamescom with us was our largest day yet! From being on stage with AMD to hosting a parkour competition, everyone had a blast. Even those that couldn’t attend still joined the fun on social media, and so can you. Just because it was our final day, doesn’t mean the party stops! Let’s recap it all for you and showcase our last day at gamescom 2024.

NitraDuck Escape Contest

One of our most anticipated attractions at gamescom was NitraDuck Escape, a contest for registered participants to win mega prizes! These included, AORUS 16X Gaming Laptop, GIGABYTE Radeon™ 7800 XT GAMING OC, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, be quiet! Dark Rock Elite, and so much more. For those who didn’t pre-register in time, they still had the opportunity to try out our custom minigame for fun.
 
Players had to run away from a giant NitraDuck through various obstacles to reach the finish line. We recorded the best times and placed them on the scoreboard, with winners being at the top. Whether you played to win or for fun, NitraDuck Escape was a massive success with many players trying it out!

AMD x Nitrado

Another main event on the last day of gamescom was our partnership with AMD. We’re proud to stand with them and share the fun! We even included some of their amazing tech in our contests / giveaways. This was only possible with AMD, especially having our booth right next to the main stage! Hundreds of attendees gathered around and had a great time. We even interviewed some of them, along with having content creators nearby.

Meetups and Booth Visits

Part of gamescom is meeting your favorite content creators! We hosted a meet and greet for attendees to enjoy, plus interviews. These amazing people include Tigress_X, Smirky, EineLotta, Crocodileandy2, Ceddy, MrAtomicDuck, and Okisebi. Attendees took selfies, got autographs, and chatted with them all! We had tons of fun hanging out with these creators and their fans. We’re happy that the last day of gamescom had so many of them here, thanks to each of them!

Nitrado Mousepads & Giveaways

During NitraDuck Escape, we showed off our brand new customized Nitrado mousepads by propads.gg. Our Goblin and Apex Hosting’s Doug mascot are both on there! This exclusive item will be shipped to the main winners after gamescom. It’s XXL, meaning it can cover your entire desk – unless you have a giant one. Everyone thought it was comfortable, which is important when you’re gaming! Besides this, we also held tons of giveaways online for merch and awesome tech. Some of them are still going on, so don’t miss out.

#nitradoGC

Yet another contest! This time, you need to take pictures with our cutouts and use #nitradoGC when posting it on X. Make sure to tag us too! Winners can get some awesome prizes from Logitech, such as a headphone, keyboard, and more. We love hosting these contests at gamescom and were happy that many people participated. Make sure to be on the lookout for other contests or giveaways on our socials.

Nitrado at gamescom – Celebration!!

Let’s gooooooo!! The final day of gamescom was crazier than the other days. We hosted the NitraDuck Escape contest and other competitions, giving participants the chance to win awesome prizes. With our partner, AMD, we got to join the fun! Looking back on day 1 & 2, we’re happy to have such wonderful partners and staff members that made this all possible. Thank you to everyone who helped us, attended our contests / giveaways, and chatted with us during gamescom 2024 – it was a blast 🚀
