Your mission

• Plan and execute B2B demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns.
• Manage and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
• Translate complex technical offerings into compelling marketing messages.

• Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team to deliver aligned, high-quality materials.

Your profile

• 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, demand generation, and funnel management.
• Ability to simplify and position technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in marketing automation, reporting, and campaign analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (German a plus).
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
