The following conditions apply to the procedure of the competitions/giveaways/raffles organized by marbis GmbH (Nitrado), Griesbachstr. 10, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany.
All raffles are exclusively organized by marbis GmbH and are not affiliated with Discord Inc., Facebook Ireland Ltd., Twitter Inc. or any other company in any form and are not supported by Facebook or Twitter.

Every person of full age and who has access to a valid Discord, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account is eligible to participate.

Participation is considered complete when the conditions required in the respective competition are met. Participation in the raffles/giveaways is free of charge and not bound to the purchase of goods or a service for which a fee is charged.
Employees/Contractors of marbis GmbH or its partner companies are excluded from participation in the raffles. This also includes customers or companies that have a business relationship (partnership) with marbis GmbH or the brand 'Nitrado'
In the announcement, marbis GmbH will ask each winner to contact marbis GmbH via the messenger function of the account used for the submission of the participation declaration.
For raffles on Discord, the claim to the prize will be forfeited if no response is received within 7 days of the announcement.

Marbis GmbH will collect, process and use the personal data provided by each participant (this includes the Facebook or Twitter name of the participant as well as the address of the winner) within the scope of the applicable data protection regulations and will use it exclusively for the purposes stated in these terms of participation and insofar for the selection of a winner and the distribution of the prizes.
