Nitrado Mobile App Sunset

For some time now, the newest server and account features have landed on the Nitrado website first, and you can access it from any device. As a result, we’re removing the Nitrado mobile app from the App Store and Google Play. The Nitrado website is now the one place to manage everything from your phone. Your servers, your account, and your data are not affected.

What’s Changing

The Nitrado mobile app is no longer available to download. We’ve removed the store listings, so they won’t appear in App Store or Google Play searches anymore. Already have the app installed? From July 16, 2026, the app will start directing you to nitrado.net instead.

What’s Not Changing

Your servers keep running exactly as you configured them. The app has always been one way to access your Nitrado account rather than a separate system, so removing it doesn’t interrupt any service. You can still manage every aspect of your server and your account on our mobile website.

Why We’re Making This Change

Various features – including Apple Pay and Google Pay options, server donations, and easier promo code redemption – are all live on nitrado.net and were not available in the app. New features arrive on the website first, too. Retiring the app lets us put all of our work into further improving a single interface for all customers.

Will my server be interrupted?

No. Your servers and services keep running. The app was only one way to view and manage them.

No. Everything is tied to your Nitrado account, so nothing is lost when the app goes away.
