Your tasks

  • You help colleagues and our customers with technical issues.
  • You analyse and solve incidents of varying complexity and difficulty within the Incident Management department. You document and forward incidents independently. You communicate professionally with our customers via email, chat and telephone. You will handle the competent support of our customers. You help optimise the customer support processes and the Nitrado system.

Your profile

  • You already have experience with Linux and Windows servers.
  • Ideally, you have skills in system administration.
  • You already have good knowledge in the configuration of game servers.
  • You work responsibly and independently.
  • You have professional experience in customer support.
  • You have very good oral and written German language skills.
  • You have basic knowledge of English.
