A transaction wasn't credited
If the transaction was issued inside the European Union, it can take up to 3 bank days to arrive.
If the transaction was issued outside the European Union, it can take up to 7 bank days to arrive, depending on your credit institute.
The respective transaction's amount will be added to the receiving Nitrado account as soon as the receipt of payment is confirmed. The following information is needed by our support staff, if a transaction wasn't credited after the above mentioned time frame:
- Account holder
- Payment amount
- Exact date at which the transaction was issued
- Screenshot or copy of the trnasfer voucher
