.AT domain transfer
The transfer process for a domain varies, depending on its type (TLD). To transfer an .AT domain (Country: Austria) the following steps are necessary:
Step 1:
Send a provider change form via Fax to nic.at. While filling the form out the "of the Internet Service Provider / Registrar or the nameserver" option has to be ticked. After that, fill out point 1 and 2 and sign the document. The filled out document can then be given to nic.at via email or Fax.
Step 2:
After this step, the transfer can be initiated by ordering a domain via the Nitrado website ("Order Service" -> "Domain"). Enter "TRANSFER" as a dummy for the AuthCode, as there is none for .AT domains.
The actual transfer should be finished within 7 working days. If the transfer isn't finished after this time frame, feel free to reach out to our support staff.
