Is it possible to cancel / refund a rented domain?
It isn't possible to refund a domain, as it's registered at an external registrar right after the initial payment. All dues are transferred to the registrar, which makes a refund impossible.
However, we are able to delete a domain even before it expires if you, for any reason don't want the domain anymore. Please be aware that we can't refund any costs if you choose to delete a domain.
To request an early removal of a domain, send us a support ticket naming your request and the specific domain.
