To first gain access to 7 Days to Die console commands on your server, you will need to add yourself and other trusted players as admins on the server to run console commands. These steps will show you how to accomplish that:

To do that, head towards Options from the main menu – then click General.

deathscreen <on/off> | Determines if the blood-filled death screen should be displayed during gameplay. |
exhausted | This makes your character exhausted. |
thirsty | Instantly makes a player thirsty. |
starve | Instantly makes a player hungry. |
givequest <quest> | Gives yourself the specified quests. |
removequest | Removes a specific quest from the 7DTD game. |
giveself <item name> [quality level] | Drops an item at your feet with the set quality level up to 600 maximum. |

lights | For all light-emitting objects, toggles to display an outline around them. |
version | Provides the current version of the game and of loaded mods. |
traderarea | Forces a player out of a trader area if they are within one, but they will be able to re-enter unless the trader is closed. |

shutdown | Shuts down the game session immediately. |

You can use the player’s entityid, playername, or steam ID in this command. The permission level can range from 0(full permissions) to 1000(no permissions). |
admin remove <name / entity id / steam id> | Removes the specified player from your admin list. |
whitelist add <name / entity id / steam id> | Adds a player to the game whitelist. |
whitelist remove <name / entity id / steam id> | Removes a player from the game whitelist. |
