Let’s say you get a code that extends the runtime by 10%. When you use that promo code to rent or extend a server for 30 days, you’ll get three extra days of service added to your server! From there, you can enjoy more server fun and mayhem with friends for longer!

How & When to Use the Code to Save on Server Hosting

Renting a New Game Server

When getting your own game server, you can apply the extension code right at checkout. You can get started in our order area and select your preferred server and plan. Afterward, you can enter the runtime promo code and press “Redeem Voucher” to get additional days on your new game server!

Reactivating Your Game Server with a Nitrado Promo Code

If you have already rented a server in the past, you can reactivate the server and take advantage of an active runtime discount code. To do that, you can go over to your server overview and press the “Reactivate” option. Then, you can enter the promo code in the payment methods area. This will also show you how much of an extension you’ll receive. From there, you can confirm your payment method and after payment, you’ll get the additional service days on top of your new game server plan!

Automatic Extensions

You may already have an “Automatic Extension” in place, a feature that allows your server to automatically renew without worrying about manually making a payment each month. For a server on an automatic extension/subscription, you can apply a runtime Nitrado promo code for the next time your service renews! Below, we’ll show you how.

• Firstly, login to the Nitrado website at the top-right.
• Then, still at top-right of the website under your username, press “My Services“.

• After, find your service and press the dropdown arrow to see all options.
• Inside those options, select the “Manage Automatic Extension” option.

• From there, set the payment type, runtime extension, and the extension code.

• Finally, press “Save” to apply the code.

Thereafter, the next time your server automatically renews, the code will apply providing your service with additional runtime based on the extension code!

Performing a Manual Extension

• To begin, at the top-right of the website, log in to your account.

Are these discount codes valid for all game servers?

The newest discount code types will only be valid for the specific games it is set for. For example, if the code was only for ARK: Survival Evolved, the extension code will only work with an ARK server. What happens if I apply the code but switch games?

With Nitrado, your game server will have the ability to switch between over 130+ games to enjoy with your friends. It’s important to know that if you apply a runtime promo code that only works on a specific game that code is eligible for. If you change to a different game on your server, that runtime extension will no longer be valid unless the code is also eligible for the game you switched to.

Can I use the promo code for shorter server extensions?

It’s possible for a 10% runtime Nitrado promo code extension to add up to less than a day when doing smaller extensions. What happens if the 10% additional extension adds up to less than one day? We won’t leave you hanging! Even if you book or extend a server for 3 days, you will still get a full additional day of service with the 10% discount code.

How many times can I use a runtime promo code?

An extension discount code can only be applied once per service/server.

Can I use the discount code during an upgrade/downgrade?

At this time, runtime promo codes will not support upgrades/downgrades as that impacts the RAM & slots of your game server.
