New ARK Island: Lemnokis

Kalydonios & Erymanthian
Brace yourself, the Astaeos Lemnokis Update for ARK: Survival Ascended isn’t just about beautiful biomes – but also boss fights. Deep within the new island, you’ll discover two boar minibosses that fight together. This is the first ever duo-miniboss, bringing with it dangerous challenges.
- 🔥 Kalydonios: Charges into battle with burning fury, unleashing waves of fire
- ☠️ Erymanthian: Prefers poison, releasing clouds of toxic gas that choke and cripple unprepared survivors
These two beasts don’t only battle together, but work in tandem. This makes the whole combat feel more like a ‘raid encounter’ instead of a standard boss fight. Defeating them means you need to be careful, plan ahead, have strong equipment, and maybe have some brave friends too. If you manage to take Kalydonios & Erymanthian down, you’ll walk away with epic rewards.
Oceanic Mysteries
After exploring all the biomes, defeating Kalydonios & Erymanthian, your eyes might wander to the oceans. With the Lemnokis Update, the deep underwater areas of your world are upgraded. There are new ocean zones full of resources, valuable materials, and dangers. One special place is called The Maelstrom, which is a spot that every one should check out.

Part of the massive Astraeos Lemnokis Update for ARK, the game is also getting an update for Unreal Engine 5.5. These changes will help performance, graphics, and have extra features. The community has long awaited this and we’re excited to share with you the good news!
