Why weren't all of the Paysafecards assets credited to my account?
It isn't necessary to utilize a Paysafacards assets for a single transaction, they can be used multiple times. It's high likely that you initiated a transaction who's amount was lower that the Paysafecard's actual assets, thus the leftovers are left on your card.
A Paysafecard's current balance can be checked on the website if needed: Check balance
