Change an account's email address

It is possible to change the mail address of an account on this page. To confirm that both addresses are valid and agree to the change, an email containing a confirmation link will be sent to the old and new address.

If you can access your mail address, our support staff can manually change your account's email address. During this process, it's required that the account holder is verified. Please open a support ticket and attach a copy of your identity card (Note that we need both sides). If there is, for any reason no identity card available, the passport, driving license or birth certificate can be used as a valid means of verification.
The accounts email address will be updated once the account holder was verified.
