Yes, you may change nameservers through your dashboard.
When registering domains that are managed by Internic (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .mobi, .name and .info), they are initially blocked for 60 days. This means that the domain cannot be transferred to another provider within the first 60 days. This applies to all registrars and therefore to transfers from as well as to Nitrado. After these 60 days the domain can be transferred at any time via a regular Auth Code.
