Gears of War 4 Has New “Insane” PC Graphic Settings

New Settings Are Very GPU-Hungry

The “Insane” settings on PC will surely be something to look out for when Gears of War 4 comes out October 11th. The Coalition wasn’t lying when they said the game will be configurable on PC, however they didn’t specify which type of PC…

The settings are so advanced and demanding that most modern software will not be able to keep up with the new features. The game will be unable to run at the “Insane” settings using a system with a GTX 1080, Intel i7 CPU, and 32GB of memory. The settings will efficiently run with new hardware that will come out in the future. With the correct hardware, gamers will experience a higher visual fidelity and have an overall more enjoyable experience with the game. The game will support DirectX Multi GPU.

However, The Coalition has been working hard to allow these settings to operate on both low-end and high-end systems. To make this possible, The Coalition has relied heavily on Microsoft’s DirectX 12 software to improve the game’s overall performance and to run on multiple CPU cores and GPUs.

See the list below of the all graphical settings that will run on Gears of War 4:
