Best Sword Enchantments in Minecraft

Smite: Increases your attack damage by 2.5 against all undead mobs for every level, with 5 being the highest. Mobs such as zombies, skeletons, drowned, and others are affected by this enchantment. This helps players in almost every situation, as there are tons of undead enemies to find in Minecraft.

Mending: Similar to Unbreaking, this enchantment helps the sword’s durability by repairing itself via experience orbs. Whenever you slay a hostile or passive mob, the EXP from the creature will be absorbed for repairing the sword – only when held.
