1. Server is Offline

If none of your friends can connect to the server but can enter others, check that the server is actually running. Head towards your Nitrado Web Interface and check the status of your server. Make sure it’s online and green, along with it saying “Server is running” at the top left. Turn it online if the server is down so you can try joining.

2. Incorrect IP Address or Missing Port

Missing even a single digit or punctuation mark will cause the connection to drop instantly. Your server might be using a different port, rather than the default 25565 port. Double-check your server dashboard. If your IP address looks like 192.168.1.1:26450, you must include that entire colon and trailing number (:26450) when entering the server address in Minecraft.

3. Server IP Bind Failures

If the error is happening to everyone trying to join, the issue might be hiding inside your server files.

• The Culprit: In the server’s server.properties file, there is a line that reads server-ip=.
