    Nitrado Cancellation & Refunds – Introduction

    The worlds of Nitrado game server hosting hold many adventures from traveling in dinosaur covered lands in ARK to building magnificent castles in Minecraft. When creating the perfect server, it’s important that every setting is correct for the ultimate experience and, at Nitrado, we ensure you have all the tools needed to accomplish this. While we make it easy to do this, problems can arise such as accidentally purchasing multiple servers, using the incorrect payment method or need to take a break.

    How to Send a Cancellation Request for Your Server

    Submitting the Nitrado Support Ticket Request

    1. To begin, on our website at the top, press the “Support” button.
    2. In the drop-down menu, select the “Customer Support” option to open our support page.
    3. On this page, our support assistant will guide you through the process.

    4. You can select the particular issue you’re facing, or you can select “Account & credit”, choose “Credit & Payment”, and lastly select “Cancellation”.

      If you are having a server issue that can be solved, we can assist you between our support team and our detailed guides to get you in the right direction!

    5. Afterward, choose the service you wish to cancel.

      Important note, refund requests on Xbox servers must be requested through your Microsoft account, check out this guide for more information.


      It is important to know that you need to fulfill some requirements in order to cancel your service:

      • Initial service purchase was within the last 14 days.
      • Service is running without modifications (Upgrade, Downgrade, Service type switch, Boosting, Manual extension, Location change).
      • Initial service purchase runtime was longer than 30 days.

    Details Needed to Request a Cancellation

    During the process of using the support assistant and selecting “Games & Services”, you’ll have the option to input information about your service. This ensures that we can assist you with the correct server, get the situation fixed, or ensure we can assist you with a cancellation. Below, you can find the steps to proceed with requesting help with your service:

    1. Firstly, after selecting “Games & Services” and “Game server”, you’ll then be able to choose the affected service.

    2. Next, you’ll be asked to pick if you can use the server or not.

    3. From there, you’ll be asked about the specific issue you’re having. You can select issues from “Server is stuck in restart” to “Web interface is not reachable” or “Other” if you do not see your specific issue.

      • Alternatively, you can also select the “Contact Support” option to create a ticket. If you select this option, you’ll need to specify the server and the request whether that’s a cancellation request or a server issue.

    4. Finally, submit that ticket and a support agent will assist you as soon as possible!

    Credit Payout

    In cases where you have account balance, you can request a payout of credits. This is completed through our Support Wizard and provides you an option to receive leftover credits. However, there are requirements for this to correctly process:

    • Account balance must have at least €0.50 or equivalent in selected currency.
    • Account has been topped up within the last 60 days via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or GiroPay.
    • You haven’t requested a payout in the last 7 days.

    If you meet these requirements, then you will receive a payout of the account balance. Our support team will contact you to determine the final payout amount, as it can differ depending on the current credits on your wallet.

    How long will it take to get a reply?

    Your support ticket will be handled in the order it is received by our team. Since we often receive an abnormally high number of tickets, response times can sometimes be delayed. We ask that you avoid submitting multiple support tickets regarding the same issue and we’ll ensure to help you with your support request as soon as we’re able to!     Can I get a refund on my Nitrado server?

    Per our terms and conditions. You are automatically opted-in to renew your Order at the expiration of the Prepaid Period; the payment method you have on file will be charged. Failure to opt-out will result in automatic renewal based upon the Terms herein, and you will not be entitled to a refund for failure to timely opt-out of renewal.

    In order to be eligible for a refund of your Nitrado service, the request must be placed in the following manner:

    • You can request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase; after that, no refunds are granted.
    • Automatic renewals do not count as an initial purchase.
    • Please note that we only provide a refund of 100% of the remaining rental time of the server.
    • The purchase of a 3-day server plan is non-refundable.

    How can I stop my Nitrado automatic payments?

    This can be done directly from your account while logged in. Select “My Services” from the drop down menu. Select the service you’d like to disable the automatic extension then click the button labeled “Customize” next to the message Automatic extension (subscription). There you can disable your automatic payments or setup a different payment method. You can also follow this guide to remove automatic payments.
