Space Engineers – General Improvements with the Weekly Update

Hey fellow Engineers! Today I bring to you another weekly update from the Keen Software House. As the holidays come to a close the developers prepare for a new and big year for Space Engineers.

This update may not bring anything too major, but every update is a set piece of a bigger update down the road. This update you will notice that the Containers not dropping any items after deploying have been fixed. Also, the panels and buttons on a moving grid have been fixed as well. There are a few other handy fixes that come with this patch so be sure to check them out below!

Here is a full list of the fixes made this update:

Fixes

  • fixed crash in ModAPI
  • fixed inaccessibility of inventories on grids built by projector
  • fixed issue with cargo containers not dropping any items after destroying
  • fixed labels on button panel being offset on moving grid
  • fixed textbox limitations could be overcome by copypasting
  • fixed camera dummy in cryopod (for mods)
