Nitrado Xbox Server Payment Not Working – Support Guide

Whether you want to start adventures in ARK: Survival Ascended or DayZ, it’s always best with friends. Renting your own Xbox game server is perfect for that – but sometimes, issues can arise such as failed payments. This can happen for several reasons, which disrupts your server plan. It may have happened upon checking out a new server or an automatic extension not working for your existing server. Regardless, we’ll help you in this Nitrado guide!

Renting Xbox Servers at Nitrado

If you haven’t already, download the Nitrado App from the Microsoft Store. This will be required for your Xbox game server subscription or one-time payment. The following steps will guide you through the process of purchasing a new server using the app.

1. Open the Nitrado App and login with your Nitrado account.
2. In the “All Games” section, make sure to select “Xbox Only” at the top.
   

3. Find your preferred game in the list, such as ARK: Survival Ascended.
   

4. Select it and choose your desired server plan or use “Custom” to make your own.
   

5. Find the perfect location for your server, then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
   

6. Choose either a one-time payment or subscription option, then place the order.
7. Confirm the purchase via the prompt, but make sure you have a valid payment option.
   

8. After a successful purchase, the game server will appear in the “My Servers” area.
   

   This may take a few minutes to show up. Reboot the app if you don’t see it shortly.

Unable to See Xbox Server After Purchase

In the event where you’re unable to see the Xbox game server after purchasing it through the Nitrado App, check your email or bank for payment confirmation(s). This is a great way to see if the transaction was successful. If you don’t see any notification about that, then double-check your payment details when checking out from the app.

If you do see a payment confirmation, but still can’t see the Xbox game server – then refresh the app. Alternatively, you can contact our Support Team to seek further assistance. However, all payments made for Xbox servers using our Nitrado App are managed by Microsoft. You may need to check with them to resolve the issue, if the payment continues to fail.

Server Extension Didn’t Apply After Payment

Many customers choose to opt-in our automatic extension for their subscription. This allows them to constantly pay for the Xbox game server without manually paying for it. It comes in handy if you actively use the server and have players on it throughout the day. However, if there’s an issue with your payment details – then this can fail. The solution is to review your Microsoft account, as automatic extensions, payments, and subscriptions are managed by them. It can be as simple as an expired credit card or lack of funds.
