How do I connect to my Atlas Server?

I’ve traveled to another server in my grid and it gave me an error that password is empty

First, acquire that server’s IP address from your web interface.

Add it to your steam favorites, increment the port number by one (as directed in the connection guide article above), have Atlas open and at the MAIN menu, alt+tab and go to your steam favorites, and push connect on your server, enter password.

You will reconnect and are able to spawn, we recommend traveling back to your home server until the Atlas developers repair this bug.

Atlas Server Keeps Restarting

Many times this is due to not having your Main server configured as the home server, please refer to our wiki article on first time configuration of Atlas servers:

If your server is configured correctly, but you have changed the JSON configuration since it was first run, it may be a good idea to wipe the server to ensure the best experience: How to Wipe your Atlas Server

If you have multiple servers and are experiencing restart looping, a solution might be to use the “Switch Game” button on your web interface, and switch your main server to an expansion server, and an expansion server to a main server and reconfigure.

Switching your Existing Nitrado Server to Atlas

Currently, all pre-orders must be filled before your existing Nitrado server can be switched to Atlas.

If you switch from Atlas to another game Nitrado has to offer, you CANNOT switch back to Atlas until all preorders have been filled, DO NOT switch away from Atlas if you wish to host an Atlas server.

If you had Atlas installed and switched to another game, unable to switch back to Atlas, please submit a support ticket with the keyword in both subject and body “GAMESWITCH”

If you have an Atlas Main server and want to switch it to an Atlas Expansion server (or vice versa) this can be done under the web interface -> switch game and selecting the corresponding version of Atlas.

Atlas Refund Process

Keep in mind that refunds generally take from 5 to 10 business days. If during this period your Atlas service is installed and you wish to keep the service, respond to the support ticket immediately, so we can cancel your refund request!
